Web Panel Renderer page seems to be out of date

With reference to this page

The examples given on the page don't seem to work. I cannot find any api called:

com.atlassian.plugin.web.renderer.WebPanelRenderer;

Has this been replaced? If not, if someone could post the maven snippet to pull it down that would be great.
