Webhook Connection Failing

We have an http endpoint for our webhook that stopped receiving traffic around the time the tls changes were implemented on bitbucket.  Did something change?  Is this still supported?  We made sure to double check that the ips were whitelist and we didn't make any changes.

Whitelisted ips:

• 104.192.136.0/21
• 34.198.203.127
• 34.198.178.64
• 34.198.32.85

We were using this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/manage-webhooks-735643732.html which has the ips listed above.

We ended up seeing traffic coming from 

18.234.32.xxx 

and saw it listed here.... https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/

After adding those ranges it now works but the documentation above should be updated.
