What are the steps to set up SSH access and upload to a remote host from pipelines

Matt T July 26, 2017 edited

Hi,

I'm trying to set up pipelines so I can rsync an pipelines build folder over to my remote host via ssh.

I've looked at several community questions and a couple of the bitbucket guides and I seem to be getting no where.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/use-ssh-keys-in-bitbucket-pipelines-847452940.html#UseSSHkeysinBitbucketPipelines-update_host

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/How-can-I-use-SSH-in-Bitbucket-Pipelines/qaq-p/347345

It seems as if most of the documentation talks about incoming ssh requests to a bitbucket repo. Either that, or the documentaion doesn't indicate ifa step should be performed within pipelines or on the remote host.

Could someone please shed some light on the correct procedure for configuring pipelines for ssh connections to a remote host.

Much appreciated,

Thanks!
