We have a team with several groups. I have a team member who is in one group, the one which I originally invited him to. When I try to add him to any other group, the search is coming back empty.
We are on the premium plan, with 37 users. Any other user I try this with is working no problem, there just seems to be an issue searching for this one user.
If I go to the team Members list, the user is showing up there, and if I search for the user from that Members page the user is showing up.
What could be the issue with this particular user?
