Why /rest/api/1.0/migration REST isn't working (returns nothing)?

Unfortunately, all sub RESTs of /rest/api/1.0/migration API isn't working for me. 
For example, this API: /rest/api/1.0/migration/exports/preview.
I'm trying with this query:

curl -u MyUserCredentials -X POST -H 'Content-type:application/json' -d '{"repositoriesRequest":{"includes":[{"projectKey":"*","slug":"*"}]}}' https://myHostName:8443/rest/api/1.0/migration/exports/preview | jq

 But nothing returns.

Other RESTs works fine, and seems that there is no issue with the REST syntax (because was few and all resolved).

Any idea please?

On Windows environment, must to change all one quote to double quotation marks, and the inner double quotation marks should be wrapped with \.
