Why the commit author is mapping with email not with the authentication identity?

We are using BitBucket server v7.1. I am both the admin and developer. I have 2 login setup in BitBucket server (admin & mark) and both account have same email address mark@company.com.

I used GitTortise to push my code to the BitBucket repository. I make sure I am using "mark" account to authenticate. But in the BitBucket web  interface, all my commit are showing "admin" in the author.

May I know the reason behind?
