XSFR Security Token Missing : Bitbucket

New Install

at the hostname:7990/bitbucket/setup

after entering the:

Database Type=PostgreSQL

Hostname: localhost

Port = 5432

Database name = bitbucket

Database username: 

Database password:

it gives an error 

XSFR Security Token Missing

Even if I return I try the Internal (for evaluation and demo purposes only) it still gives this error.

It is a Tomcat webserver. We are using Jira and Confluence on this server as well. Created a new file path for bitbucket since web applications are using the same webserver/host
