Hi, 

Me and my business partner are starting with an idea and we are wondering how to get the equal rights on our developed application code base? 

We know that we can create team and give admin access to each other however, this won't protect anyone of us from being victim of mistrust if things change between me and my partner. 

Per say, if mistrust happens and my partner revokes my admin right to access the code base or if my partner accidentally delete the whole code base then it will result in a big loss!

How to get protected in such cases?

You could designate a third-party person, someone you both trust implicitly, as the ADMIN and then each of you can have regular user accounts without the ability to remove privileges or delete repos.

My recommendation: Find business partners you can trust.
