We have plenty of documentation online that will help you get up to speed with Bitbucket cloud. I'd recommend you begin with Get started with Bitbucket Cloud. 

We also have some tutorials that can come useful, like  Learn Git with Bitbucket Cloud.

We also have a webinar available, you can find it at Everything you need to get started with Bitbucket Cloud.

We don't have a specific document that contains everything regarding how to be an admin, but you should be able to find your answers in the resources I linked for you. If you still have any questions or need some clarifications, don't hesitate to let us know, we're happy to help!
