i make flushdns and all works good, but after any (1 - 30 minutes) problem repeat. i check nslookup, and good ip is 104.192.143.1-104.192.143.3 or 18.205.93.5. if i get 18.205.93.0-18.205.93.3 ip => all not work.

Hi Petya!

We are aware that Russia is blocking a number of IP Addresses from AWS which includes our new IP blocks "18.205.93.0/25". This is why you are facing connectivity issues.

Reference Link :
Russia Blocks a set of AWS IP's
This list shows that our IP Block is being blocked as well: https://rkn.darkbyte.ru/networks.php

As a workaround, I would suggest for you to add one of the Bitbucket Cloud old IP's into the etc/hosts (linux) or hosts file (windows) file as below.

104.192.143.1 bitbucket.org

Please let us know if you have any questions!

Kind regards,

Ana

Your DNS server should now pick up a new, not-currently-blocked, set of IPs. Please remove the 104.192.143.1 entry from your hosts file.
