You should contact support@bitbucket.org. This is a community site that is mostly populated by fellow users. We can't check server logs or anything to debug account-specific problems.
Unless of course, this is a normal occurrence? I've not dealt with larger team sizes, so maybe someone else will chime in with a commonly-known explanation.
