FYI - We are mounting the bitbucket.properties file using configmap, which is a readable file. Is this the root cause of the issue ?

Hi Karthick and welcome to the community!

I don't have extensive knowledge on Bitbucket Data Center (I specialize in Bitbucket Cloud), so I would recommend creating a ticket with the support team.

You'll need the SEN of your Bitbucket instance to do that (Support Entitlement Number). If you have admin rights, you can check our documentation below on how to find the SEN number:

Then, you can create a support ticket via this link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

If you have trouble finding your SEN, you can also reach out to our Customer Advocate team first, and ask for their help in locating the SEN. You can reach out this team via this link:

Kind regards,
Theodora

Hi @Karthick Vijayakumar , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. I am going to escalate this to Atlassian because I think, being a specific set of circumstances, they are in a better position to be able to assist you.

Someone will write to you here.

Best wishes
