can't connect to server

Installed Stash on Windows 7. Ran the start-stash command with no errors. Cannot connect to the server at http://localhost:7990.

Env variable JRE_HOME was needed in addition to JAVA_HOME.

Did you check whether you are able to connect to the server via port 7990 ? Is there any firewall running before your server ? If so you have to open port 7990 to access Stash.
