using the online issue tracker (for a private project), I can't find a way to change the status of an issue. one of the developers changed the status of an issue to RESOLVED and now I'm trying to re-open it (he has WRITE permissions for this project, I am ADMIN).
how can I change the status of an issue?

You can re-open the issue with the Open button shown for resolved issues:
It'll pop up a dialog where you can leave a comment on why you're re-opening the issue.
