finaly delete repositories

I run a self hosted bit bucket server.

I habe deleted several Projects or Repositories.

They seemed to be removed but they are still in

C:\Atlassian\ApplicationData\Bitbucket\shared\data\repositories

I need to remove them because my server runs out of space

I have the same problem. Please advise Atlassian.
