There are two ways you can do

1.  Install SSL Cert on your bitbucket server directly - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/securing-bitbucket-server-with-tomcat-using-ssl-776640127.html

2. Use load balancer and install cert on LB. You may want to add reverse proxy in your "server.xml" 

Each option has its own pros/cons
