I am unable to login to my Gmail account to retrieve the verification code being sent while i try to login to Atlassian. Retrieval process for Gmail account is not working either. I am requesting Atlassian team to kindly change the retrieval email id of below address to my official email id.
As this is the public forum, not sure i should share other related credentials but sharing the url below. Any tip to resolve will greatly appreciate.

I see that you created a support ticket as well for this issue.
As my colleague informed you, I'm afraid that we cannot make changes in the primary email of Bitbucket accounts for security reasons. Additionally, the Gmail email address you provided in the ticket is not an administrator of the workspace or the repository you listed.
You will need to do either of the following:

Based on my limited experience, narrowing down the output in a database advanced field can be tricky.
You might need to apply dynamic filters that depend on smart values or cascading drop-down menus for filtering specific results like assigning the right manager to an employee.

Based on my experience, changing the verification email address typically requires access to the original email account for verification purposes.
If you cannot access your Gmail account to retrieve the verification code, and recovery isn’t possible, you’ll need to request Atlassian to update your account details manually.
For security reasons, I suggest contacting Atlassian support directly to request assistance in updating the verification email. You can open a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.

Let me detail the situation for better understanding.
I am the person who has been updating & managing the https://undphealthimplementation.org/. The code repository resides on Bitbucket using gmail email id. while i enter the required gmail credentials, it has been sending verification code to the gmail account that we are unable to get access to.
Now, as i need to update the website and ensure i get login, i am requesting Atlassian to update my official email id to get the email verification code, so i could login to code repository and update our website.
I am the admin of this workspace and i myself unable to login and i am struck.
i am happy to validate to atlassian team that i am the person who is managing the workspace. Now unable to login - have been logged-out completely with only hope Atlassian team can let me enter.
