It's actually possible to buy just build minutes, as mentioned in our documentation here where you can purchase additional minutes or storage. You’ll have to enter a credit card associated with your Bitbucket account, and we will only bill you when you exceed what’s included with your plan.

Like it was mentioned, there is no option to only purchase the build minutes. They come with the package: https://www.atlassian.com/software/bitbucket/pricing

I just need to purchase additional build minutes after my free quota is used up. My pipeline runs for only about 5 minutes, so I don’t want to upgrade the entire plan—just buy extra minutes as needed.
