how to transfer account to another person?

I have my account and another one that i created for my web studio. Now i need transfer it to another person because i quit, how i can do it?

You should be able to transfer ownership of your repository in the repository's admin page. If you have subscribed to any paid plan, ask Atlassian support.

Correct. Accounts cannot be transferred, but repos can. Just transfer each repo to the team and then delete your account.
