Hi, i am using web hooks with concourse. i am getting the following error when the test connection is clicked.

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: 20,000 milliseconds timeout on connection http-outgoing-17061 [ACTIVE]

can anyone help me in try and fix the problem

This suggests that Concourse is not responding to what you are sending.

Can you try the calls on a command line and check what Concourse is responding with and look at Concourse to see what the errors are on that side?
