not able to add new user

We recently had a rollout that caused issues for our notification service responsible for invitation email delivery. This has since been rolled back, and I can confirm that emails should go through now. 
Can you please cancel those pending invitations from any user groups you may have invited those users to, and re-add them to those groups to trigger a fresh invitation email?
Please let me know if any issues.
