post reports to pull request

I want to use the API to post reports from Jenkins (archive) to a commit on a pull request.

I have tried a simple curl to get the [non-existent] results first but I keep getting {"type": "error", "error": {"message": "Resource not found"}

I found I had the API URL formatted incorrectly.
