"Compare" functionality seems to be missing in the beta version. Where did it go?

In Bitbucket I use the "Compare" branch functionality often but in the new beta it seems to be missing. Where has it gone?

Also, I used to use the dropdown that was in the top right that rolled up all the Jira issues that were in the diff... but that is also missing and has been for awhile. Both of these functions are important for me to quickly get my job done. Please advise.
