repo exceeded size limit for free account

as per title but I am unable to replace it with a smaller version of the repo as I cannot push at all (there was a rogue 500Mb file in the repo that was not gitignored) are there any ideas on how to fix this other than updating to standard?

Hi @vrapan

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community!

The workspace currently hosts a repository exceeding 1 GB, which is inflating the overall workspace size to over 1 GB.

I noticed you updated the workspace to a paid plan. With that you should be able to push changes.
