selfhost runner failing

Hello team,

we are currently facing critical issue with all pipelines which use selfhost docker runner

the error is 

Unable to pull image: unauthorized: authentication required Refer to the Troubleshooting runners document for help resolving the issue.

we are able to pull image and run the container fine but pipeline fails with above error

There was some service degradation encountered with Docker during the timeframe where you raised this post which caused some image pull issues for our users - see here:

Pipelines started working after 2-3 hours since we noticed
