sonar integration with .net core project

Reethu July 31, 2021 edited

My bitbucket repository has a .net core project and wanted to integrate sonar scan for the same through pipeline.

i tried adding the below step in my bitbucket-pipeline.yml:

- step: &Sonar
name: Run sonar scan
services:
script:
- apt-get update
- apt install openjdk-8-jdk
- export PATH="$PATH:/root/.dotnet/tools"
- dotnet tool install --global dotnet-sonarscanner
- dotnet sonarscanner begin /k:"${SONAR_PROJECT_KEY}" /d:"sonar.login=${SONAR_TOKEN}" /d:"sonar.host.url=${SONAR_HOST}"
- dotnet build projectname.sln
- dotnet sonarscanner end /d:"sonar.login=${SONAR_TOKEN}"

while trying with this am getting an error like
apt install openjdk-8-jdk--command not found.

Can you please help me in this case.

Also am not sure if this is the right pipeline code to integrate sonar scan  with my .net core application.

Can some please guide me here.
Thanks !
