springMVC dispatcher could not be started

I try move to ubuntu from windows.  

1. Install bitbucket in ubuntu machine using .bin file.
2. Copy `bitbucket home directory` to target directory.
3. `$ pg_dump bitbucket > database.sql` in windows
4. Edit set-bibucket-home.sh.
5. restore database from database.sql directly.

Restart machine, the repository data can be viewed in web, but PR data lost.

1. Delete bibucket database, create new one.
2. `$ sudo -u postgres psql -U postgres -f database.sql` in ubuntu

Restart machine, the error occur.

Use stop and start script in ubuntu have no effect in my case, instead, I restart machine.

• The <bitbucket home directory> permission is ok, I have set all to atlbitbucket. And util step 5, actually the respository data can be viewed in web.
• Ubuntu 16.04
• Bitbucket Server 5.3.0 used in Ubuntu
• Bitbucket Server 5.2.1 used in Windows
• The machine has 2 cores and 3.8 mb, not a VM
