i know that i can store ssh keys / deploy keys at the following places:
- to my user (personal ssh key)
- repository read access (deploy key) ({workspaceName}/{repoName}/admin/access-keys/)
- project read access (deploy key) (projects/{projectName}/settings/access-keys)
- workspace write access (workspace/settings/ssh-keys)
When i try to add ssh key of a server in repository read access, it says that key is already stored somewhere by someone. I checked all repositories, in project we have no keys at all and in workspace only a few others. This key works from all machine, so there must be another location to store ssh keys with global read access. I am sure i added these keys earlier (in old design?), but cannot find this section anymore.
Hi @Bernd Wahlen,
The Bitbucket Cloud support team can assist you with this, I went ahead and created a support ticket for you using the email of your community account.
You should have received an email with a link to the support ticket. Just in case you haven't received it, please feel free to let me know and I can post the ticket URL here. The ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff, no one else can view its contents even if they have the URL.
Please leave a comment in the support ticket and share the content of the public key you are trying to add. The engineer working on your ticket can then check where this key is added.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Theodora
