svn-migration-scripts.jar authors svn+ssh

I've inherited an SVN repository and the authentication is SSH. I am unable to get

svn-migration-scripts.jar authors to work using ssh authentication. Is it not supported?

java -jar ~/svn-migration-scripts.jar authors svn+ssh://user@svnserver/src/ > authors.txt


About to create the authors file.
Invalid svn command!

I have verified I can read the log from this client so the ssh authentication is working in svn.
