using library as maven [Android]

Hello, I have been searching for a long time now on how to make my private repo library as maven. I need to share the repo with other developers but not in same organisation.

I seen a few tricks like Wagon but does not work anymore with latest Gradle changes.

is there a way to share my repo with user and pass? or make it like maven?

The easy answer is to add the people you want to share your repository to your Bitbucket.
