Hi Ollie, 

Nice to meet you; I would love to share ideas. I have managed to create a hierarchy system and am now im in the awareness stage - I will meet with each Team to implement our Federal and State laws across confluence Team Spaces. Im looking at it as a long-term project that constantly iterates and becomes better and better. One of our pain points is getting everyone on board and using confluence to its fullest potential.

The validity and timeliness of information are the most important.

I'm also undertaking the same projects. 

My strategy so far is to use excerpt -> excerpt include and excerpt table data -> excerpt include table data with templates and the create page from template macro.

Have you guys found any other ways of keeping control of your data?

Are you trying to track data in confluence or outside of confluence? I have not done any data work at this point. We do want more Jira boards embedded in our Team Spaces.
