How to apply to be a leader?

I just submitted a request to spin up a new in person meetup group for a market with users and no group - but I had to do it with erroneous information.

There is a question that is required asking you to input your 7 digit Community profile ID.

My ID is only 6 digits long. How can old school community leaders apply to be more active in the community? 

I ended up adding an extra digit to complete the form, and then put the real one with the link and explanation into the notes section.
