Is harvest the highest kudos level?

Is harvest the highest kudos level you can obtain?  If so it might be worth spreading them out more so it takes longer to get there.  You might also consider making more levels.

@Brant Schroeder - I agree that it is too easy to move through levels right now but I am hoping this is because it is in pilot-mode.

It could be demotivating to quickly earn the first 10 levels within a couple of months then have no (or very few) challenges left to do.

At which of the current badge levels is someone before they are likely to be accepted as a community leader? How does this compare with the kudos levels?
