JSM Helper challenge working for anyone ?

Just wanted to check if "JSM Helper" challenge has worked for anyone ? I have got one accepted answer for Jira Service Management question below, but that didn't work me, not sure if its manually awarded.

It has worked for me, l have got 4 of the accepted answers on that mission. Not sure how it is picking up automatically based on some tags ?.

Thank you Vishwas for the reply. Yes, I think it should be based on tags, which seems to be fine on the question I answered. Probably @Monique vdB can help to confirm.

It looks like there was some delay as I can see that the badge is now awarded.
