Ingredients:
All ingredients should be in room temperature
- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 180 ml vegetable oil
- 280 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 small bags of Vanilla powder
- 1 Orange zest
- 2 tbsp Orange Juice
- 250 g Flour
Batter (Kitchenaid is helpful but not required):
- Mix 5 eggs with sugar and stir for 3 minutes using Kitchenaid
- Add oil little by little without stopping from mixing
- Add milk little by little then add vanilla, orange zest, then orange juice.
- For the flour and baking powder make sure to stir them using a spatula.
- Put butter and some flour inside your cake mold then pour the batter.
- Put the cake in the oven after pre-heating it at 350F
Orange Cream
- 500 ml Orange Juice pulp free
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
Mix orange juice and corn starch, then put them at very low flame on the stove until it becomes creamy
For decoration, I used unsweetened Coconut.
