Work it Out Challenge not working as expected

I have completed this challenge, i.e. New to Jira Work Management - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/New-to-Jira-Work-Management/Welcome-to-Jira-Work-Management/ba-p/1825268 but still I didn't receive the badge so far.

Now, another issue with this challenge - the link here in Do the Mission Navigates to Confluence Challenge and link below to JWM.

I figured out the problem, which is that the introduction thread was an ARTICLE instead of a DISCUSSION. @John Funk to make the badge work I just moved the intro to be a discussion instead.

I will go in and award the badge to everyone who commented so far also!
