I've used Jira and Confluence for for a few years at other organizations. We are currently in the process of rolling Jira and Confluence out to my current organization. I moved in the Jira/Confluence Admin role from a Test Engineering Lead role late last year after doing the proof of concept and pilot in one of areas. We're still trying to get over some hurdles, but we're getting there.
