Big updates on API features and the Swagger App deprecation

Hey all - over the last few weeks a lot of improvements to the API tab have shipped. There's a ton we still want to do now that API specs are a native part of the Compass data model, but this last batch of improvements have been really cool to see come together. Here's the latest:

1. OpenAPI specification are now automatically discovered and synced to the API tab from repos on GitLab.com (cloud hosted). 

2. Every endpoint in now searchable, making it easy for engineers to find relevant APIs to whatever they are working on. Rolling out to all sites this week! 

3. New API for uploading an OpenAPI/Swagger spec to a Component has launched

Also a few weeks ago the Swagger App was delisted from the Marketplace and some coms went out that it's being fully deprecated on March 31st. This is still the plan. If you have been using the Swagger App, you don't need to change anything. 

• The Curl command you've been using to upload specifications has been uploading those files to the API tab in parallel since February so your latest versions should be in the API tab already
• No changes needed. The Curl command is not being deprecated, it will continue forwarding uploads to the API tab
