I want to create component types, but after upgrading, it is still not possible

Hi, 

I want to access COMPASS' settings page to create a new component type.

However, when clicking on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the screen (as explained here), I'm taken to this URL

https://[xxxx].atlassian.net/compass/settings/permissions

with the following screen

I did upgrade to standard, which should allow me at least editing the basic Compass Settings, but whereever i click, I end up on this page.

What am I'm doing wrong?

It feels more like a bug

OK, as I sent this message, I found the issue. The left-side menu was hidden, and through it I manage to access the other options...
