Can dependencies be imported via CSV in Jira Compass?

Is there any way to import component dependencies (e.g. DEPENDS_ON) when uploading components via CSV in Jira Compass? If not, is this planned?

Hi there @Karl Livesey and thanks for using Compass! 

It doesn't look like we support depends_on relationships in the CSV importer today (source https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/compass/components/create-and-update-components-using-a-csv-file/) but you might be able to couple that with config-as-code (the compass.yaml file in your repo) to first import the components via CSV and then have their relationships dynamically managed via config-as-code. 

I've also filed an enhancement ticket internally to get this on our roadmap.
