Scorecards not showing up globally for my team

We've just started using Compass and we are working our way through getting it set up and being useful to us.

I've set up 3 scorecards for each of my components. In my For You page -  I can clearly see them with the detail listed below. 

However, when any of my team go to view the scorecards, regardless of whether they are a full user or standard, they cannot see any of the scorecards, either against the component or on the Team page. 

Every single component has a team associated with it and I see this on the Team page 

However if another member of my team goes to the same link they see this under the Scorecards

Thank you very much for reaching out!

Currently, Compass basic users won't see scorecards, full users and admins can, this is our documentation.

Compass doesn't have standard users, could you please check your teammates' roles? and let us know if you have more questions or need help.

They are basic users not standard - that will explain it then
