Adding Users to Knowledge Base Space (JSM connection) is not working

Hello everybody,

today I tried to add Users to our Knowledge Base space which is connected to a JSM project.

After clicking "Add People" and Saving the new User, the system says, User access granted, but the user is not added to the list and still has no rights.

Is there a difference between Confluence spaces which are connected to JSM projects and all other Confluence spaces?

Hi Anja, 

Thanks for sharing this feedback. We received another report of not being able to add certain users to spaces, while being able to add other users with no issue. We have a fix in the works, and expect it to be rolled out by the end of this week / early next week. 

It would be good to confirm that you're experiencing the same issue. Are you able to open a support ticket and include a HAR file so our team can investigate?

Details to include in the ticket:

• That you're a participant in the Confluence RBAC EAP
• Whether you are you running into this issue with a single user in a single space, a single user in multiple spaces, multiple users in multiple spaces

Please email me (mcasabonne@atlassian.com) the ticket once created so we can loop our engineering team in.
