Premium is a powerful upgrade for Confluence. Top highlights:

• Content Manager, which leads to ➔ 
• Archiving Automation Rules, which is a good start for ➔ 
• Data retention and lifecycle management in Confluence (we wrote a lot about this https://www.opusguard.com/post/data-retention-in-confluence-cloud-avoiding-stale-knowledge-and-enhancing-retention-management) 

All of which is even more important now we have Rovo indexing and surfacing everything, especially in this rising age of AI.
