Here's a new-user resource we have created for new Joiners in our team. We have used an existing template that we liked to create this handbook.
This gives the new joiners a brief overview of the tools that we support, documents about the best practices to follow, get required access and get idea about other work related information.
May I know what approach you are taking when it comes to having a proper knowledge base or troubleshooting guides for new joiners in your organization?
We have created separate Space for New Joiners and published KB articles and Troubleshooting guides using space templates, covering various topics to get started with the onboarding process, how-to's and where-to etc. We also have a feedback form for them so that they can let us know what they would like to include in the documentation or if they have any suggestions.
Online forums and learning are now in one easy-to-use experience.
