Confluence Databases in Beta -- not all Alpha features active...

Happy to see that Databases is available in Beta, but I notice that several alpha features are not active:

- the 'image' field option is not available (side effect: choosing a card layout as view, it provides the impossible possibility to "Mark an image field as cover for the entries in your layout").

- there is no longer a link-to-other-database(-entry) field available

- no backlinks field

- page link - create page > no possibility to create page from template

And these macros are NO longer available:

- display database (only: create)

- create entry (database entry)

- show value (database value)

And an entry does no longer show its 'metadata' (field values)? -- this is quite drastic when you use Databases in a metadata-usecase: the page itself does not show its metadata..?

What are the plans for these issues, @Divya Sriram ?

Yes, but it's a great loss that almost none of the comments here have been implemented and we don't know whether this will happen.

I must admit I'm a bit confused about the inactivity and silence in this closed group, compared to other vivid closed groups - cfr. Jira Product Discovery.

Hey Filip - thanks for your patience. We've been actively working on supporting exactly those things you've outlined. Our Beta experience will shortly have the ability to create a database, create an entry, and showcase a value!
