In my personal life, I am a Notion mega user. For our org, I was an early adopter / tester of Orderly... and was so excited about that product! I feel like I have the curse of knowledge because I was able to use much more of the Confluence Databases idea / model [in Orderly] than is currently available in the Confluence Databases beta.
I am also incredibly excited about Confluence Databases. I think it is an absolute game changer for Atlassian adoption and usefulness. I am so eager to build models and an adoption strategy for it.
Is there any kind of roadmap or delivery expectations the Atlassian product team can provide? I am a PM, I know that is the most annoying question. However, I am curious if there are ANY ranges or context the team can provide?
Good read!
In addition to this response, can I ask if there is a way of getting notified each time a new feature/fix is released for us with Beta?
Or possibly a post in this closed group for us to read.
Thanks
Yes Chris, we're going to create and pin a post to showcase a list of the features and bug fixes we roll out! Keep a look out for that soon
Thanks for these details! I'm just quite excited about what this tool will mean for our org!
Hey @Chris and @Filip Callewaert : here's a community post we'll update as we release things: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Databases/What-have-we-shipped-so-far/ba-p/2595096
I would love to know when functions like SUM/DIVIDE/MIN/MAX will be available, it will be a game change <3
Sounds good @Divya Sriram ! It would be great to see
1. Audit log of changes to database rows / values
2. Basic workflow for notification of changes rows
3. Basic workflow for notification of rows being added to or removed from a specific view
