Is there a way to specify which value is shown for entry links?

I am experiencing an issue with the new database feature where confluence seems to arbitrarily choose which value to show when using entry links.

In my specific case, I have a database with a name column and a tag column. If I reference an entry from this table in another table, it displays the value of the tag column instead of the name. Is there a solution for this?
