Atlassian has this currently labeled as "Rolling Out". Previous rollouts of version history for confluence cloud features took about 3 months (look at the rollout schedule for whiteboards for reference). So if it started in April, expect it to become available between now and June.

If you're talking about whiteboards... Atlassian started rolling out Version History back in early February and running through about now. So if you haven't seen it yet, it should be available very soon.
Once you have it, you can just click the ••• in the top right of any whiteboard, select History, and go back to any previous version.
Hope that helps!

Hi Shaun, thanks for your answer. No, I mean a version history for databases. This was mentioned previously on the roadmap.

Ah ok... I'm pretty sure that just started rolling out this month. It might not be available for you yet, but you can check by following the steps Atlassian posted in their release notes (shared here plus a link below):
You can now view and restore previous versions of your databases, giving you greater flexibility and control over your database content.
To view a database's history, open the database's ••• menu in the top right and select Version history.
From there, you can view previous versions of the database. You can restore a previous version by selecting it and then selecting Restore as new database. This will create a new database using that version’s content. Permissions on the new database will be the same as the original.
