Small bugs with pages created from template within databases

Hi!

We've noticed that pages that are created from templates via the page link fields are slightly different from pages that are created from templates outside of databases:

- labels that are present in templates don't seem to be inserted in the pages created from templates via the page link field in the database

- pages width is always reduced on those pages too.

It's not a huge deal but I thought it might be worth reporting anyway.
