Hey there,
I was resolving some comments on my shared whiteboard and noticed that others could see the resolved comments that I had previously worked on. I’d like to delete the resolved comments or, if possible, archive them.
Does anyone know how to do that?
@Shivam Sharma if you resolve the comment, it should not show on the whiteboard anymore but is available on the resolved comments section of the more features. This is the same with how comments work in Confluence. This is useful to have a history of what is occurring and to see when and why a comment was resolved.
I completely agree with that. While the comments won’t be visible on the whiteboard, if I share that page or whiteboard with someone else who lacks editor access in that particular space and the sharing is done anonymously, they can also access those comments that we collaborated on. These comments might be internal team reviews that are accessible to each reader who has the shared link.
